Corina Raine: From the beginning, he is infatuated with her, though he's pretty shy about it and struggles in talking to her. Eventually, he manages to confess to her, and they stay together almost to the end.
Andromeda Justice: Andromeda doesn't care much for him, but does think he's a good match for Corina and wants them to be together.
Kenneth Raine: Clashes with him for obvious reasons, but tries to make awkward peace with him since it's his girlfriend's brother.
Avery Darcy: Absolutely despises him. He hated him before he was with Corina, and hated him even more after the fact. Darcy never particularly disliked Evan, though he teased him for being on the nerdy side. However, Darcy despises him after he begins a relationship with Corina.
Renee Dewitt: She thinks that he is adorable and wants him to be with Corina. She often tries to offer him advice in that department and the two are fairly good friends.
Marvin Brook: Evan has no opinion on him either way, and Marvin never says anything, so who knows what he thinks? Evan is incredibly jealous when Corina dates Marvin.
Trenton Mallory: Trenton hates everyone, but though he finds Evan's know-it-all nature annoying, he doesn't hate him nearly as much as he hates most people.


Bio:
His whole life, Evan was always incredibly intelligent and he always enjoyed acquiring new knowledge. However, as he grew and tried to gain attention from it, he found that he was often ignored. As he grew closer and closer to finishing his schooling, he began to notice that the more dishonest students found ways to get noticed for jobs that he did not, and, after years of school, he got stuck as a public librarian. He knew that he deserved better, but, as always, no one noticed him. When one day he saw how much the media glamorized criminals like Darcy and the other "villains" he decided to apply his genius elsewhere, where he might get some much needed attention.
From that point on, the rest is history. He gave the police quite a bit of trouble with his genius schemes that seemed to have every outcome planned out, but there was one way in which Officer Raine could always manage to overpower him- physically. He began trying to build strength, but that was difficult and still remained his greatest weakness.
He first developed a crush on Corina in a similar situation to when Darcy started to fall for her. When he was being drug into the station, and she was working the desk, they met eyes, but it was she who winked at him, rather than the other way around. After that, he couldn't get her out of his head, though he knew she was a police officer's sister and that it was unlikely anything could come of it. He had never gotten such attention from a beautiful woman like her.
When she joins up with Darcy, he is originally thrilled that he might have a chance, but skeptical that it could be true. She compliments him on his past work and his intelligence in being suspicious of her, furthering his crush. However, it becomes apparent that she's dating Darcy, and, for a long time, he watches from afar, desperate for her to give him the time of day. He often seeks advice from Renee and Andromeda.
When Darcy and Corina break up, he is filled with hope again, and tries a few times to confess, even going so far as to teaming up with her a few times, but always fails She eventually dates Marvin, which frustrates him to no end. When they break up, he is once again unable to confess, but finally, after she has a brief relationship with a random fan, he decides that enough is enough, and they begin their relationship.
It's a fun but rocky road, as Corina's mental state is going rapidly downhill at this point. Her spontaneity is something new and exciting for him, but can occasionally work against him if he says the wrong thing. Her strength and love of weapons makes them an excellent time, as well as her ability to consider ridiculous factors that even he had deemed too crazy to work. Their relationship is a long one, but anything else would be too big of a spoiler.
